Desiree was fantastic beginning to end! We hired her for our wedding cocktail hour and reception. A few weeks before the event I decided that I wanted to book her for an additional hour. That was no problem. Her communication was great. On the day of she was running a few minutes behind and let me know. Even though I was not able to communicate with her directly about my needs and wants she showed up, saw everything I had laid out for her, and took over. She did a great job mixing, blending, and garnishing drinks. She even went around to the tables to pour champagne for the toast. My husband, I, and our guests could not have been more happy with the service we received. Our only regret is that we were not able to book her for the full week we were in Marathon. Thank you Bartender Dezire for being a part of what made our wedding day so perfect!!!

Desireé represented the company very well. She responded quickly to all messages and emails. She and her teammate were punctual. They worked well under pressure. My guests were pleased with the service they provided. I would hire again; but, they are so far away. I wish they were closer! 😊

I contacted BartenderDezire after my initial plans fell through. They responded almost immediately and the booking process was smooth. Moe was AMAZING! She literally turned into my personal assistant and offered to help me with EVERYTHING... down to lighting candles and creating place settings for additional guests. I will definitely be utilizing them for all my future events. Thanks again for the professionalism & responsiveness. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are customized to the specific desires of our guest event. We can provide at starting at price but we must account for time of service needed, mileage, guest count, etc in order to give an accurate estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically prompt our potential guest to fill out the lead form on our website. From there the guest will be redirected to our online booking system which allows them to create their own customized proposal. Once a proposal has been submitted, YBD will follow up within 48 hrs to schedule a consultation to discuss the events of the details and make any necessary adjustments to the proposal. After the consultation, we will send over the proposal for our guest to review via email and from there they have the ability to approve the proposal, sign their contract and make their initial payment of 50% of the total balance to secure their date and staff.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff has obtained their own bartending license through accredited bar schools in the state of Florida. We are also TIPS certified.
