From the start due to years of experience He could understand my needs due to what he observed of my existing clothing storage and volume.
Next day he sent me a nice drawing design and the estimate.
Since I hired them, the responsiveness was as quick and efficient.
They made sure to have all closet ready within 3-4 days as promised. And being a great customer service understanding and considering my urgency.
During and even after all installation was completed they wanted to make sure the design was perfect and tailored to my needs.
Last minute I requested a modification and they promptly did happily.
My highest worries were to ensure the closet would be well secured since these dry walls are so shallow and I had many issues with falling installations around the house.
Experience definitely made a difference.
It’s all installed very secured and solid.
I felt secure with their warranty for the product and service.
