i contacted jose about two weeks ago. i have been having problems with mi computer for the last two months. mostly slow connections with programs and some graphics. jose called me back and guided me trough the phone on how to fix them up. he gave me solutions step by step. we shared screens and chat a lot. he gave me advises for every single question i had. at the end my computer is back to the regular speed it had and the graphics are even better than before.
