Pricing varies based on type of work, duration of job and other situational details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will call to discuss a problem via phone, a time and location is decided upon. Typically this is the customer's home / office or professional's work location. A price may be discussed and agreed upon via the phone, or it may be agreed that the cost will depend on the amount of work necessary to solve the problem. Clear communication is employed throughout to ensure everyone is in agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All self-taught, but with a lot of personal and professional experience, and references to verify. Strong problem-solving skills and unusual creativity is employed in order to best serve the customer, regardless of whether the job is of a routine repair / maintenance nature, or something more esoteric, such as application design or business solution.
