- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that we will never ask them to make a lengthy commitment for the service they require. All of our services are on an as needed basis, so customers only pay for what they get, no minimums or contracts required. Also, if they cancel service within a reasonable time prior to receiving service, they will get 100% credit on services they've already paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very straightforward. Initially, I would schedule a call or email conversation with the customer to see what their needs are specifically, and if we offer the service they need. The second step would be to schedule an in person meet and greet, if in person service is what the customer requires (dog walking, pet sitting, etc). The consultation and meet and greet are free of charge. If the customer wants to hire us, they would provide us with the required forms (downloadable on website), and keys.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working professionally in the field of pet care since 2008. I used to own Arlington Dog Walkers and Doggy Day Afternoon, both based in northern Virginia, prior to moving to Ft. Lauderdale.
