FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Let me work with you. You’ll be dealing directly with me, not a salesperson. I will bend over backwards to earn your business, and if I can’t improve someone else’s price by $1,000, at least you will get a second opinion from an expert in the matter. Senior citizen discounts are available, as well as for members of our military, police, firefighters, and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A short conversation over the phone to make sure we are the right choice for you. A quick visit to your residence to determine if tunneling is possible and to measure the amount of pipe to be replaced. You ask all the questions, I give you all the answers and a price right on the spot. If you like me (and my price!) and decide you want to work with me I will follow up with a formal proposal, collect a deposit, usually 20%, and proceed to fill out the permit documents. Always a phone call away, you may call me or meet with me as often as you want during the whole process. After the last inspection by the Building Department we make sure the permit has been closed, collect any remaining payments due and part ways as friends. All our work is guaranteed, though I’ve never had to honor that Warranty, ever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Master Plumber and a Certified Plumbing Contractor. According to the great State of Florida Florida, a Plumbing Contractor means a contractor whose services are unlimited in the plumbing trade and includes contracting business consisting of the execution of contracts requiring the experience, financial means, knowledge, and skill to install, maintain, repair, alter, extend, or, if not prohibited by law, design plumbing.
