FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Fort Lauderdale and Broward County jobs, pricing is based on system size, number of supply and return vents, accessibility, and condition of the ductwork or HVAC equipment. We provide an upfront price before work starts. Bundle pricing is available when combining air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, or HVAC service plus indoor air quality work. Any after hours, emergency, high rise access, or parking related fees are disclosed in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with your location and symptoms, weak airflow, dust, odors, allergy concerns, or HVAC performance issues. We confirm the scope, schedule a time window in Fort Lauderdale or nearby cities, then arrive to inspect the vents and system, explain what we see, and provide the price. After approval, we complete the service, clean the work area, and review results and next step maintenance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained on HVAC system components, ductwork inspection, airflow fundamentals, safe equipment use, contamination control, and service best practices for residential and light commercial systems common across South Florida. We focus on doing the job without damaging ductwork, grills, or finishes, and on explaining what we find in plain language.
