FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing—no surprises. For most service calls, we charge a flat diagnostic fee that’s applied toward the total if you move forward with the repair. Larger projects are quoted individually based on scope, materials, and code requirements. We offer preferred pricing for repeat customers, real estate agents, and property managers. We’re also happy to coordinate with insurance companies and home warranty providers when applicable. Financing options are available for larger jobs like panel upgrades, service changes, and full rewires. If you're not sure what something should cost, we’re always happy to walk you through the pricing and what’s included—no pressure, no hard sales.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening—whether it's a quick phone call, a message through the app, or an in-person visit. We ask a few key questions to understand the issue or project and then explain your options clearly. If it’s something simple, we may be able to give a rough estimate right away. For larger jobs, we’ll usually schedule a visit to assess everything properly and provide a detailed quote. Once the scope and price are agreed upon, we collect any deposit required for the job, then pull any necessary permits, and schedule the work. We keep you updated every step of the way. After the job’s complete, we walk you through the results, clean up our workspace, and follow up to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
