- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every floor depends, pictures are hard sometimes so being able to be in person and give you an estimate is best. Some floors come with scratches or lots of grout or holes to be filled so it depends when it comes to price but no matter what we strive to provide you with the best and competitive deal you won’t find anywhere else while leaving you super satisfied with your floors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking them what they want to see in there floors either they want it shiny or not and then letting them the process we take to get the floors looking the way a customer would like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been cleaning and polishing floors for 25 years now and have learned about each kind of floor and chemicals.
