- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is actually not complicated as long as you know what it is that you need. It is based on the type and number of arrangements you require and the type of flowers you would like. Hopefully the flowers will be in season, which means if they are readily available you will get the best price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This line of work doesn't require any type of continuing education, however, becoming informed with all the new trends, etc., is essential. Florist Review offers excellent information on a monthly basis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Flowers and floral design became my hobby and ultimately my passion.
