- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very flexible. Prices will vary based on • Amount of items • Type of project • How long the task will take. Minimum 2 hours
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I respectfully introduce myself and then get to know what it is the customer is envisioning for their project. I then relay to them the necessary steps to be taken in order to reach their desired results. Once the project is finished I make sure to maintain contact and be available if the customers have any questions or follow up jobs to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Ikea and Wayfair for 3 years after graduating High School. I also worked with Bestbuy for 1 year as a Customer service Representative
