After hearing many contractor horror stories in South Florida, I compared more than 10 companies before making my decision. I chose AG because their contract was clear and detailed my lawyer reviewed it and confirmed it was well written and protective.What really stood out:Clear, detailed contract with payment structured until each inspection passesReasonable pricing compared to othersClearly defined scope of workStrong ReferenceProper license and insurance documentationMy lawyer specifically advised me to verify license and insurance. Out of all the contractors I contacted, AG was the only company that immediately provided complete and clear license and insurance documents without hesitation. That gave me a lot of confidence.During construction, their team was always polite, positive, fun, and professional. They showed up on time with a great attitude and fun every day. I enjoyed to talk to them. I even bought them snacks and drinks because they worked so hard I will honestly miss them.Another big advantage is that they have a real office handling permits and paperwork. You can always reach someone they dont disappear or ghost you. They strictly follow city permit requirements, schedule inspections properly, and keep everything compliant. You dont have to worry about that part.Gustavo was always available to answer questions and make sure everything was done correctly. If you dont like something during construction, he will make sure he change if possible.Ive already recommended AG to three people two have hired them, and one is waiting for a quote.What they have done for me1. Created a new bathroom ( never existed)2. Install new lighting system and light forentire house (never existed)3. Extended my driveway ( never existed)4.
