I reached out to see if they’re able to repair my broken slats for my wooden blinds and they reached out to me telling me that they’ll have a technician go look at it & they’ll let me know about the ETA between 12-4. I wasn’t updated the day of but they did reach out to me the day after to let me know what happened and apologized for not being able to come. We are currently still working on this project and will update with pics once finished! I do appreciate the professionalism being taken.
