The epitome of the best one can have in a service professional. He evaluated the problem, told us what he believed the issue was and explained the nature of the solution. The job was completed in about 30 minutes. Alex remained on-site during a complete wash cycle to ensure the integrity of the repair. I called Cytak and the first immediate thing I noticed is how professional they were as a company!. I had an issue with my refrigerator and instead of immediately buying a new one they assured me they could fix it right away. The owner of the company was hands-on throughout the whole repair which to me shows how much he cares for his customers.
