Most of the work I perform involves painting indoor or outdoor, drywall repair or installation, molding, light electrical and plumbing, fencing, pressure washing, etc. As an experienced construction worker, I have installed kitchens and bathrooms. My work is detailed and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The job I am most proud of is the total remodel of an ocean view condo. I completely renovated this unit with updated kitchens and bathrooms. I had to remove old layers of wallpaper, knock down walls and create space where there was none. Many condos were built for ease of construction with little regard for spacial arrangements. That is what I am qualified to do.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please consider when hiring a jobber that you follow up with references and do not leave a deposit unless you are absolutely satisfied that they can perform the task. You should always request for credentials. Make certain that your contractor will not leave you in the middle of a job to start another one.
