Max was incredibly prompt and kind. I had purchased a new battery and alternator for my car, but needed help replacing them. Max got straight to work on my Ford Fusion and was very informative in clarifying the additional part I needed to ensure I was good to go. I took my car to a supposedly reputable mechanic, but he couldn’t identify the issue after two weeks of the car being at the shop. I reached out to Max, and he arrived promptly.
