- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m currently offering introductory pricing for new Thumbtack customers while I build my review base on the platform. My rates are competitive, transparent, and based on the scope of the job—no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by discussing the job and often requesting photos to provide an accurate estimate. For more complex projects, I offer a $75 on-site estimate that goes towards the final payment of the job if approved to fully assess the work. After approval, we schedule the job and complete it professionally with clear communication throughout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is largely hands-on, built through years of practical work in construction, mechanical repair, and service roles. I’m always learning and improving through real-world experience and staying up to date with tools, techniques, and best practices.
