- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m currently offering introductory pricing for new Thumbtack customers while I build my review base on the platform. My rates are competitive, transparent, and based on the scope of the job—no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by discussing the job and often requesting photos to provide an accurate estimate. For more complex projects, I offer a free on-site estimate to fully assess the work. After approval, we schedule the job and complete it professionally with clear communication throughout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is largely hands-on, built through years of practical work in construction, mechanical repair, and service roles. I’m always learning and improving through real-world experience and staying up to date with tools, techniques, and best practices.
