I offer reasonable prices based on approximate hours anticipated to complete the task.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, listen to the client and need to make sure i can handle the job, and offer my availability and price. If works well, we schedule the job and complete the work. Then ask the client to make sure he or she is satisfied with the outcome. If there any issues, I fix them immediately. If any issues come up later, i come back to ensure the work is done correctly.

30+ years on experience in residential construction, remodeling, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, repair of appliances, and power tools.
