- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the home, location, and age. We offer many services and adding a service to your home inspection will save you BIG money. We periodically run special promotions so give us a call to see how much you can save on a quality inspection!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set the expectations of the home inspection right away, explain exactly what will be observed. Then after the inspection is complete we go over any findings on-site before the actual report is delivered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years of combined customer service and home renovation experience. Then we studied at ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) as well as interNACHI (International Association of Home Inspectors). We also continuing education every year to stay up to date with current practices.
