I was very impressed with Carlos my service technician. The input he provided in selecting a location for my installation was excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable in his area of expertise.
He was also very personable. A big plus also.

We always like to do a bundle price and apply a discount so the client can see he is saving money, additional when we price the job we always use the better quality materials and the right procedure. no short cuts.

We ask so many questions as we can to meet the client needs also we try to make new friends than costumers only.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
before i got in the service field. i studied ingeniering on telecommunications and i was manager of a High end audio and automation Store for 12 Years in my country Venezuela.
