Company policy🧼😊 1. If the cleaning crew arrives at the arranged time and have to wait longer than 10 minutes for the door to be opened a late fee will be implemented. 2. The services are checked before the crew leaves the place, we cannot take responsibility for what occurs to the place later, so if something from the list is missing it has to be covered before the service is done. 3. Once the crew finishes cleaning a room of space there is no double cleaning because someone from the house dirty it. Everything is cleaned just once. 4. The service performed is the one booked, in case of needing an extra, it’s necessary to contact the company through the app to get a quotation. 5. We absent of offering service to someone who is rude or disrespectful with our crew, this includes threats, insulting or any type of rudeness. 6. The crew will take pictures of the before and afters, which will not be posted without permission, but used as proof of our good work. 7. The payment of the service has to be done before the crew leaves the house. 8. If the service is canceled within 1 hour before the accorded time or when the crew it’s already there they can’t access the property, a 25% of the service will still be charged.
