I came across their flier and decided to give them them a try, and I’m glad I did! I never have time to clean due to my work schedule and was even more excited that I was able to schedule a service the same day I called. Keep in mind a couple days later my home is still spotless. See you soon!

RUNNNNN!!!! Don’t let this woman in your home!! I am a fan of trying to support black own businesses. I think it’s amazing to see a strong African American entrepreneur. But unfortunately it’s difficult to support good black business owners due to individuals like Renee Blaq AKA Rosalyn Renee Faniel or Rosalyn Renee Lewis. Let me start by saying I thoughtfully sought out to hire this lady to do a move out cleaning. This was my first and last time hiring someone to clean my apartment. But I was so exhausted from moving I decided to give this lady a shot. Well the next day after a scheduled cleaning session from her crew, one young lady showed up empty handed. She didn’t have any cleaning supplies at all. She told me that her working colleague has the cleaning supplies and they are trying to contact her but she is not responding to their calls. So the I had to give the young lady my cleaning products to clean until someone comes to assist her. She was there alone for approximately 1hr and a half when another young lady showed up to help her. A few more hrs in Ms. Renee showed up to assist. At this point, I’m expecting some sort of apology or maybe a possible compensation for the inconvenience of me not only having to use my own cleaning products but also the extra time spent cleaning due to no cleaning crew. Although she apologized for the inconvenience she never offered a discount or anything compensation on behalf of her unprofessionalism. Now, I let all that go because I do understand that mishaps do occur and I was very nice to her and her staff which were her daughters. I learned that her cleaning services was a family business. When they were done, I paid her in full for her services along with her cleaning my area rug. I informed her that my Apt is not ready yet so there is no rush returning my carpet and she could take her time. Approx. 3wks had gone by and I realized I hadn’t heard from her so I reached out. She claimed she was waiting for me to call her when I’m settled in my Apt. I found that odd. When you are providing a service in which someone has already paid for it is your common courtesy to reach out to your customer when your service is completed. Somehow, this lady assumed that it was my responsibility to reach out to her and work around her schedule in retrieving my area rug. This lady…NEVER called texted or reached out to me in any way in regards to my rug. I always had to reach out to her. So apparently this was an issue for her, because of the missed communication she accused me of dumping my rug in her for her to storage until my place was ready. How she came to this accusation is a loss for me seeing that my things were already being stored in storage so why would I need you to store anything for me. She went further and said she had my rug for 3 months ….hmmmm 4/11/22 to 6/29/22 not exactly 3 months and she wouldn’t of had it that long due to her not showing up to bring my rug another day. Long story short this lady stole my rug!!!! I think it’s sad. At first, I was going to sue her to get what I paid for my rug. Then I thought, is it worth it to pay court fees and waste my time for a woman with a petty theft criminal history…..yea I researched her. Nooooo!! I decided to let my father handle her. God will deal with you love. You need the rug more than I do. I just pray he gives you mercy because you have to deal with the CONSEQUENCES of how you treat others.

I explained what services I needed and they failed to do them. They rushed through my home and did not even do a basic cleaning in some areas when I requested a deep cleaning. They charged more than I usually pay, so I was expecting what I requested. requested assistance with organizing and decluttering and the employee that arrived did not do this. Additionally, she seemed frustrated with the amount of work that was needed. I was told that I would be accommodated from the poor service, but I was not. The only plus is that they were available relatively quickly and are open long hours and weekends. I would not recommend them.

Ms. Renee is a fraud. She is not single for starters she had me Venmo her husband money for a deposit. Second, she stole my money. We met at my house to go over what needed to be done when I was in town for a deep clean move in. I’m relocating to Florida so I wanted to meet prior to the clean. (I paid her the remainder bc I trusted her at this point - $150 total GONE) She had the opportunity to say no but kindly came and met me. That weekend she cleaned my best friends house and used the wrong products on her floor and have now ruined her very expensive hard wood that needs to be re treated. She also never lifted a finger to use a vacuum. She was supposed to arrive at my house on Monday but claimed to have gotten in an accident. Her assistant was going to do my house on Wednesday bc she felt bad but Ms. Renee wouldn’t allow it. That’s bc she had no intention of cleaning my house. On Wednesday I had my contractor at my house waiting for her to arrive and she never showed up when she said she did. She said at 3pm she was almost there but at 450 said she was almost there again… which was it? At 730 I told her (according to haven gotten into an accident) if the floors were scrubbed to please go home we would have her back again after my renovations. (Knowing she wasn’t there bc my contractor was) she then at 750 said she was leaving didn’t have battery on her phone and would send me pictures when she got back to the office. All lies. All the pictures are from the following day. (She also told me she brought my packages in which were all still at my front door.
