Angel delivered exactly what he promised and did it with a great work attitude. This was a 6-day popcorn removal. There’s no way of doing this without a lot of dust, but they covered everything, bundled up some furniture for easier and better protection and removed/protected light wiring caps and fans. He and Arnaldo came everyday at the set time and worked throughout the day in a good mood. Angel is easy to talk to and very respectful. The ceiling finish, primer and painting came out excellent. At the end of the job they cleaned the floors and replaced the furniture to their original places. His quotation was in the middle. I had one quite less expensive and another much more expensive. Angel’s seemed fair and he did good quality work.

Angel with AMD was phenomenal. We hired AMD to remove the popcorn ceiling of our 1400 sf home and then paint it in its entirety.
The painting aspect was an especially challenging job considering there were multiple mid-tone colors to cover throughout, floor to ceiling mirrors to remove, and (unknown/unexpected) thick textured wallpaper behind the mirrors which also required removal. Angel worked with us to time the painting aspect to occur AFTER the new flooring was installed. The work was TOP quality with precision to make sure EVERY level of detail was expertly executed.
In the end, all the ceilings are smooth and polished, all the walls are now ONE color with baseboards refreshed. The electrical fixtures were also replaced with new ones.
The difference? Night and Day! Angel communicated with me at EVERY step of the process to ensure my desires were fully understood, and he also made recommendations based on his years of craft and expertise. I would hire AMD again with my eyes closed!

I was moving into a house that had popcorn ceilings and it was old and smelled pretty bad due to age and abuse of renters who lived there before me. I contacted AMD Solutions and that same night, Angel went over to take a look and provide an estimate. The very next morning, he went straight to work and finished the entire ceiling in 2 days! He was VERY careful and took his time. He went above and beyond to help us and my grandpa with all of the issues and holes the ceiling had. Truly such an amazing job! I have found my forever ceiling repair company with Angel. From start to finish, everything was easy and pleasant. Wonderful experience! Don't hire anyone else, hire Angel and your repairs will make your place look brand new!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is closed. My price is flat with materials included after seeing the worksite. Includes any other repairs that can happen during the project .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by looking at the work site in person, I’ll send a professional estimate where I write down everything that I offer. The client will then approve it, we will organize when the start of the project will take place. We will cover anything that is necessary, then remove the popcorn, after we will sand the ceilings, we will apply smooth texture then sand again, then only apply primer, we will correct any details, we will then put caulking in the edges, and lastly once’s everything is complete we will paint.
