After 5 sessions, I can’t recommend Kristin enough. I was super hesitant to get a lifecoach, but Kristin has far exceeded my expectations. She took the time to learn what I wanted out of this and has really gone above and beyond in every way. Kristin is a bright light, leading you out of tough times. I’ve never met anyone more positive who finds the good in everything. She gave me the tools I needed to live a healthier/happier lifestyle and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She touches on every topic you could be struggling in, mental health, physical health, career, personal relationships, you name it. She is extremely thorough, supportive, and honest. All fees will include a once a week session and 24 hour access via text/ email.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discover ~ Inspire ~ Achieve its as simple as that. We meet once a week to hold you accountable and you will have 24 hour access via text and email. I’m always here for you and I always answer.
