I hired this company over a month before I intended to move. We set it up where they would arrive at 10 am on a Friday. I am a nervous nelly and kept confirming a week or 2 before up until a couple days before. I was told the night before that they were having truck issues. I told them I understood and that if they needed to come later, that was fine and they said it would be closer to 11 am. Not an issue. The moving day came and that morning they told me that the crew (2 guys) scheduled for my move was not going to be able to get the truck and that they offered to have me use a crew already in my area moving someone else at no additional charge for the additional person (3 guys) if I could wait until 3-4 pm. Not a problem! The move should go faster and that was appealing to me. I won't go into the back and forth from 4- 8 pm that occurred because they never showed up until a few minutes before 8 pm when the driver said he was 5 minutes away. I was livid! Only 2 guys showed up (not the 3 they promised) but the guys were professional and they moved the items very quick and careful. They got everything loaded and moved to my new home. They brought everything in and set up my daughter's bed. Finally they left and finished the job around 11 pm! I was just happy it was over as I was exhausted from the very long day. Aside the lack of communication and VERY LATE arrival, they did a good job.

These guys were awesome ! Extremely time efficient, no time wasted , on point with the packing , extremely careful with the couch, tv and the beds, they definitely know how to move things around . Highly recommended !
