Awesome punctual attentive moving company! I called around to other companies before finding hug and haul and this company is definitely the type of moving company I was looking for! I already used them twice in the past two months! They are great with follow up and confirming your moving appointment and clarifying everything and also in getting licensing and insurance documentation sent to your apartment complex etc. The movers are punctual, fast, and friendly! They offer to take extra things I may move myself and position furniture where it needs to go. Definitely would recommend them and will use them again myself when needed! Thanks for making my move comfortable fast and easy!

I hired this company over a month before I intended to move. We set it up where they would arrive at 10 am on a Friday. I am a nervous nelly and kept confirming a week or 2 before up until a couple days before. I was told the night before that they were having truck issues. I told them I understood and that if they needed to come later, that was fine and they said it would be closer to 11 am. Not an issue. The moving day came and that morning they told me that the crew (2 guys) scheduled for my move was not going to be able to get the truck and that they offered to have me use a crew already in my area moving someone else at no additional charge for the additional person (3 guys) if I could wait until 3-4 pm. Not a problem! The move should go faster and that was appealing to me. I won't go into the back and forth from 4- 8 pm that occurred because they never showed up until a few minutes before 8 pm when the driver said he was 5 minutes away. I was livid! Only 2 guys showed up (not the 3 they promised) but the guys were professional and they moved the items very quick and careful. They got everything loaded and moved to my new home. They brought everything in and set up my daughter's bed. Finally they left and finished the job around 11 pm! I was just happy it was over as I was exhausted from the very long day. Aside the lack of communication and VERY LATE arrival, they did a good job.

Ayleen was so professional and friendly and made the process from start to finish easy, I even thought there was something missing as it was so easy! Pricing was reasonable which help me quickly make the decision. The movers - Arthur and the additional two movers were amazing and incredible! This was a big stage and they made our move feel so easy and effortless. They dissembled and assembled our beds quickly and packaged everything perfect! Not a single damaged box or item- incredible. I highly recommend! You will truly enjoy working with them and a complete peace of mind.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. I was scheduled already with a different company, but I needed to move that morning. I called and was offered 3 guys which could also do packing. These guys arrived and took care of business. They had a large truck and my stuff took up 95%, they move fast and efficient. I would always go and recommend this company. Thanks for making my move effortless!!!
