I used Imperial to move my daughter from Boulder, Colorado to Nashville. Imperial is more of a broker & they find movers in the area where you are moving from, who can drive the route. The movers who showed up to pack the truck, were careful, professional & friendly. They were the first leg of the move. Their truck with my daughters belongings, went to Denver & from there- another truck and driver, transported everything to Nashville. It took about a week- before i received a call, to let me know when they would be arriving to Nashville. That was the only aspect that i needed to be flexible with. I met the movers at my storage unit. They were great; also very friendly and very professional. Overall it was a great experience.

Don't get fooled by the 5 star reviews. They will be very nice when selling you the moving contract. I was told I don't need to buy any special insurance for any item until it costed 10k$. They will then hurry you up to sign the contract while on the call. Afterwards you will get to know they give insurance at 0.6$ per pound. So essentially a TV weighing 10 pounds has an insurance of 6$, ridiculous right. And later they will just throw the contract on your face. They will never say any of the important stuff when selling the contract. Hire at your own risk. Also they will keep up charging for every 75ft they walk. They will not tell you any of this so ask these questions.Update: Packing of items was horrible. No order in which item goes where. For TV packing they just had a box with paper filing no thermocol no other protection. The bed was opened up in a way I am concerned how many nuts and bolts will be missing. Even though I had original packaging materials for everything they did not use it properly. They did not disassemble the table and the chair which would have reduced the space but instead added it as an extra charge for the space.

A contract was provided upon the initial booking that you were asked to read over before signing and agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you did not agree to all of our terms after signing the contract you had a cancellation window to receive a refund. The insurance amount that you provided in this review for any damaged items is inaccurate. I apologize the packing of your items did not meet the proper standards and I urge you to keep in contact with us about any further questions and concerns you have.
