Introduction: I have been in field of Education for over twenty-five years. Throughout this period, I have worked with individuals between ages 5 years to over 60 years. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education at Western Carolina University. I love teaching the English Language, especially as a Second Language. I have tutored for a number of years, doing individual classes and small group sessions. I am also a trained counselor with over 10 years experience in the field of Guidance and Counseling. Helping people, especially children to cope with their situation, is one of my passions. I believe that behavior can be modified by using the right strategies. I have created a program that has been used successfully to change negative behavior and maintain the desired behavior.
