Introduction: I have been working doing lymphatic drainage, swedish and deep tissue massage for over 8 years.
I recently added to my services Thai Massage bodywork.
It's performed on a padded mat on the floor. The therapist uses hands, knees, legs and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches.
the therapist also applies a deep muscle compression, joint mobilization and acupressure.
It's extremely beneficial for muscle pain, stiffness, spasticity and stimulates circulation and lymphatic drainage.
Complimentary Prāṇāyāma (breath control) will be offered each session.
