- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If the job is large, you should consider calling your insurer or your Public Adjuster. If you don't have one, I am a licensed adjuster and I can advise if your mold issue is covered or not.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Am you looking for mold testing or cleaning? The same vendor cannot do mold assessments and the ensuing cleaning if the area is larger than 10sf within a year.
