- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t require upfront payment, and pricing is based on the type and size of the inspection. We’re not the cheapest—but you get experience, thoroughness, and quality. We offer bundle discounts (home, mold, 4-Point, wind mitigation) with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your needs (purchase, insurance, mold concerns, etc.), schedule often same or next day, then provide a detailed report with photos, clear recommendations, and a walkthrough of the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida Licensed Home Inspector and Mold Assessor with over 35 years of experience. I hold multiple Florida licenses, including property estimating, appraisal, and adjusting. I identify issues others may miss, including roof leaks, shower pan failures, AC and plumbing moisture, and hidden damage.
