Flat rate is the best way to go. Then we don't have to worry about traffic or elevator waiting times.

We discuss what needs to be done and figure out when and where.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Since I mainly focus on micro-moves, my customer is the one who needs help to relocate a few items from place A to place B. In cases like that, customers are not looking for a team of movers or large trucks.
