- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always determined, first and foremost, by what we believe is fair to the customer. Our pricing is never influenced by what other professionals charge or what “the going rate is”. We consider what it takes to get the job done and we allow that to be our guide. And yes, we offer discounts and our prices are always negotiable!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with new clients is first to get to know the client as much as possible. Communication is key, and so we spend time not only via thumbtack but during over the phone conversation to know what is being required of us as much as possible. This is done to establish a line of trust and openness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained with other local companies that do delivery and moving services on a much larger scale than ourselves. We have been trained for speed, effectiveness and safe delivery.
