Joseph and Christian were great to work with! From beginning to end, Joseph answered promptly, was easy to work with, and was fair on pricing. Christian was kind, courteous, and careful as he moved my mother’s things. Would definitely recommend them and I plan on using them again if I need to in the future!

Christian was prompt, worked hard on a difficult project putting together a LoveSac sofa configuration, was pleasant and professional. Fair quote and reasonable payment for the project which I think was more than expected. We’d hire him again - a trustworthy and kind gentleman. His son joined him and like his dad, a hard worker and helpful on a difficult project.

The guy is all over the place and very unprofessional. First, he quoted $1,800 to move furniture down one floor. When I told him that was insane, he changed it to $1,000 plus $200 for travel — which makes no sense, as his travel costs are not my responsibility. I declined. He then agreed to a fixed fee. However, it took two days to get the necessary information from him to confirm the job. When I clearly stated that I would send them home if only two people showed up instead of three, he refused to do the job.

At Eazy Logistics, we put service over money. However, every once in a while you'll find someone who just wants to bring down your business/tarnish your image. Kristina you're a liar, a dishonest person and an exploiter. You contacted 9 pros; it seemed no one was willing to accept the job, which started with sketchy details and subsequent increased demands, but I accepted after you refused two quotes and made a low offer. I did not quote $1800 to start with. You sent a request asking for a quote without all the job details. Based on that, I sent you a quote of $800 - $1100. You then sent me a video link with all the details, which included additional work and said to make sure the quote included the additional work. Based on the video, I sent you a new quote of $1650 - $1800. You responded and said I was nuts. At this point, I should have just walked away, but bcos we are cordial and put service over money, I responded saying you misunderstood and gave you a breakdown of the quote, which I based on our estimated hours for the job and hourly rate (which is published for you to see before making contact). You complained it was too expensive, so I told you to tell me how much you're willing to pay. You offered $800, and set your own requirements/demands for the job- 3 guys, 6 hours. I insisted it was not good and asked you to make it $1000, and that $200 will cover our travel fee. I reduced it to $900, which you still refused, until I explained how we'd lose and asked you to pay $850, and we agreed on this price. I was willing to do the job at this low price but your demands on number of guys to bring, constantly reiterating that we should agree to the amount of work involved, and that you need people who know what they are doing, raised red flags and I asked you in a nice way that we'd like to cancel, which was 6 days prior to the scheduled date, because the job value was low without citing the other reasons above, and you said Ok and that I should forget about it and I thanked you...how does this make me unprofessional, that I chose not to allow myself and team to be low-balled, dictated to and exploited?
