- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering details about your move IN-HOUSE OR VIRTUALY —to include your inventory, locations, and any special requests. Then we provide a clear, upfront estimate and confirm your moving date. On moving day, our crew arrives on time, carefully packs and loads your items, and ensures everything is safely delivered and set up at your new location. We finish with a walkthrough to make sure you’re 100% satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in safe lifting techniques, efficient packing, and proper handling of furniture, electronics, and fragile items. We also undergo regular safety and customer service training to ensure every move is completed with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
