One of the things that our clients take away from our programming is not only a life style change but a feeling of self sufficiency. We motivate and EDUCATE our clients at OlympianFitness, so that they can feel comfortable working out whenever they aren't under our supervision. Our clients are taken through a personalized program that will include nutrition, workouts, in house training, and frequent follow ups. I enjoy the feeling of helping someone change their life. Losing 50 lbs, gaining 10lbs of lean muscle, running a mile, and completing a bodybuilding show are all different goals. Regardless of how different these goals are, the look on a clients face is the same. Being a part of this process is rewarding and enjoyable for me. Our goal is to provide a road map of how we're going to get you to your goal, and then guide you through it every step of the way!

Daniel is great to work with. I've only worked with him for 3 weeks and lost 5 lbs with greatly improved leg strength. I've worked out on my own but it makes a huge difference with someone knows what weight you can handle and knows the proper form. I would recommend Daniel to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and well being!!!

Daniel (Danny) trained me when I was in college. I signed up for a "Biggest Loser" challenger and he became my trainer. Danny is great. He looks at where you're at and always sees more potential. He will push you further always. One time I was doing almost Max of back rows and he came over and dropped the weight and said now do this weight for 5 min. Lol killed me, but I saw results every week and became a stronger person.

Danny was my personal trainer when I was a student at UCF. I originally wanted to get stronger. After a few sessions, my goals changed to lose weight and get stronger. I lost 25 pounds in about 4 months all while gaining muscle. Danny really catered to my goals & my interests. He taught me proper technique on the big lifts (barbell squat & deadlift). He also taught me how to do high intensity interval training to burn fat. He gave me tips on proper nutrition and how to plan my meals with my busy lifestyle. I wouldn't ever say that training was easy with him, but he knew my goals and he knew that what I wanted to accomplish wasn't easy. He certainly made the difficult times more fun and he varied my workouts a lot. I never did the same workout. I don't think there was anything else Danny could have done better when I trained with him. If he still lived in Orlando I would hire him again!

I have been seeing Dan as my one-on-one personal trainer for over 2 years to target my chest, lats and arms. My specific goals is to build on my upper body strength, fitness and growth. One of my biggest weaknesses is proper form especially when I fatigue. Dan is well knowledgeable in weightlifting and pushes me to succeed. After 2 years, I am seeing results in my upper body physique, can achieve over 100 pushups and now able to make my pecs bounce for the first time in my life. Thanks Dan!

Danny has been my trainer for the past year or so. In that time, he has taken me from completely out of shape, to probably the best shape I have ever been. Both inside and outside of the gym, Danny has been an incredibly positive change in my life. In the gym, he assessed my current level of fitness and mapped out both short and long term goals for me to try to reach every month. This really helped me keep track of my progress and kept me accountable. He has taught me so much about muscles, correct technique, and is always encouraging me to do better. Every session, I walk away knowing something new about fitness and about myself. The results have been phenomenal. Outside of the gym, he has helped me with my nutrition as well as providing me with workouts I can do at home. Whenever I have a question, Danny has always been more than happy to answer them and is great at communicating in between sessions. Scheduling is always a breeze and he never comes across as pushy. Danny accommodates your schedule and is always helping you keep on track. If you are looking for someone to help you accomplish your goals, get healthy, and become the best version of you, Danny Perez is the way to go.
