Cooking has been my passion since I was a kid. I started making baked goods and different dishes at a very young age. My family, friends and everyone loved them! It became gratifying once I was getting more and more complements. That’s when I realized I was good at cooking and I decided to go to culinary arts school to improve my skills. I put my heart into my preparations and the results are very tasty! I have 6 years of experience as a chef and over 17 years of in the food and beverage industry as a server, bartender, banquet set up such a buffets and tables set ups. In addition to making several foreign cuisines, I also specialize in healthier options such as keto and paleo and have extensive knowledge of nutrition.

Catalina’s food was amazing!!!! The options she gave me were all delicious, fresh and healthy.. I’m on a very strict diet and she knew perfectly how to make the dishes without being boring or plain. Again, it was a hit and me and my guest loved it! I’m so glad I found her at the last minute because I was going to do this by myself and thanks to her it turn out being a success !

Catalina is awesome! The food she prepared tasted great and the presentation was spot on as well. Everyone was very impressed. Very professional and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely hire her again for my next party.
