Cgef Jimmy Dean is the best. & so is his staff. There are not enough words to describe him, his staff, & his food. Chef is an eady going man with mad skills. He is sweet & very attentive to your wants & helpful with menu selection. His staff is very attentive & just as nice as him. Now for the food. Oh, my, my, my, my...there are not enough my's.The man knows how to cook. It was my daughter's wedding & we had bbq. Beef brisket & pulled pork with all the normal sides. I am a pork girl. My favorite was the pork! But the brisket made me almost switch over. Bithh tender, melt in your juicy. They were both the best I have ever eaten!!! Potato salad, yummy, Cole slaw, yummy, ( I am hard to please with those 2 but he did it. )baked beans, yummy, & a great tossed greens salad in the middle of a romaine ban. Wow! I cannot say enough abiut Chef Jimmy. If Chef Jimmy isn't cooking for you, you have missed out on the best food EVER. Thanks, Chef Jimmy!! 💖

We hired Chef Jimmy Dean to put on a dinner party at our new place on the beach last Sunday for 26 friends. He was simply incredible! We had a diverse menu of appetisers including crab cakes, tuna, and these incredible beef brisket sliders. Every appetiser was simply delicious and the guests could not stop talking about the quality of the food! The crab cakes were cooked to perfection with a delicious side sauce, and the tuna was extremely fresh, followed by the juiciest, most amazing sliders we ever tasted! And, as chef Jimmy and his amazing servers continued, he made the most amazing Mahi Mahi, with sauce, including fresh cut up pineapples. Also, the most incredible cooked chicken and potatoes as a side. Oh, and I almost forgot, the amazing cheese and fruit tray, and vegis as a starter when guests started to arrive. Last but not least, he served the most amazing Terimasu with fresh whipped cream and strawberries! Everything was first class, and simply the BEST! And, reasonable prices!!!! We will hire him over and over again!!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Got introduced to the kitchen at the age of 13 and got lucky after graduating from high school to get apprenticeship from a very talented Boston chef. Now I am currently a Corporate Executive chef for a restaurant group and do catering with my free time.
