Chef Aundre created an unforgettable dining experience for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with a superb surf and turf meal. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The presentation was elegant, and the flavors were absolutely divine. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The seafood was fresh and expertly seasoned, providing the perfect complement to the steak. Chef Aundre’s attention to detail and professionalism made the evening truly special. Our family couldn’t have asked for a more delightful culinary experience. Highly recommend!!

I hired Chef Aundre to cater for a surprise party on a yacht and this chef went beyond my expectations. His food is well season and tasty. He did lamb chops and stuffed shrimp, the lamb chops was so tender the guests were asking for seconds. He is very punctual he arrived on time to set up and he is very very professional in his work ethics. He is a little expensive but it is worth Every penny. If you need the best I guess you have to pay for it. I highly recommend Chef Aundre. He is a 10/10 for me. Invite his to cater at any event as well as cook in your home. He is the best. One more thing, I have him cooked vegan ribs and brown stew chicken for my boss and my boss said it’s the best food he ate since he’s been a vegan. All the best to you in hiring Chef Aundre.

Chef Aundre was awesome! He was punctual, professional, very responsive and each meal was cooked and served to the highest quality. He cooked for us all week while we were on vacation. Most memorable for the family was his special Demi sauce on the shrimp and scallop pasta. He also had major influence on our 16 yr old who only eats Chic fil la and hibachi every week. He wooed her with curry, grouper, garlic potatoes and more. Lastly, the desserts were to die for. I see why he comes highly recommended. We have plans to have him travel to NC to cook for an event.
