- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and in accordance to the kind of product i present. I source out fresh and high quality product and provide an experience to remember.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first have a phone call and start brainstomring into which type of food and what style are they looking for so I can provide the right kind of menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Culinary arts at Johnson and Wales University. I am a Serve Safe certified Food manager.
