PR Living Solutions aims to offer a fresh, professional eye to make your home appealing. I provide personalized service to assist you with your Organizing Project(s). My goal is to work with those that are seeking to make their home or office a place that they enjoy.
I have a well rounded experience that allows me to look at things through a different filter, letting me create more options when organizing or reconfiguring a closet, garage, bedroom or any other area of a home or office.
I have traveled extensively, learning languages and meeting people from different backgrounds. I've also worked in very diverse fields; in new construction and renovation of residential and commercial properties, in hotels and restaurants, as a hotel quality consultant, and even as a certified personal trainer. I can handle any situation or challenge that comes my way.
Being able to organize is a dream come true. I'm happiest when I'm working on a project. Seeing the faces of my clients when they get to see the results makes it all worthwhile, it makes my clients and I feel accomplished.

Patricia was on time every day and ready to work. She was friendly and efficient and had great ideas on how to organize other parts of my home. I moved into a new home and had to figure out how to edit and organize my items and that of my fiancé’s into a smaller bathroom. It was a real eye opener to see how quickly and efficiently a professional can straighten out your life and get your items organized. Recently moved and had boxes of “stuff” that I felt I didn’t have the patience nor the energy to get everything unpacked and sorted. But Trish just dived in and began to sort through everything in such a quick and thoughtful way, I began to feel the stress I had been experiencing began to dissipate. At this stage still need her assistance as we tackle each room and have confidence she can line up the rest of the clothes, appliances, furniture, and any other aspect of setting up the rest of the house. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are simple:
Phone Evaluation: Complimentary, sometimes that's all it takes.
On-site evaluation: $40 for 1 hour.
Home Organizing: $50/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
I'm happy to work up to 8 hours when required. Payment is due at the end of each day of service.
Payments can be made by cash, check, PayPal or via Zelle. An invoice can be provided when requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet a new client at their home or business to determine the scope of work and the budget the client wants to work with. I explain in detail what will be done in each area and give suggestions. Once we agree on what to do, the execution phase of the project gets started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked developing high end residential properties in Coconut Grove, I also was actively involved in the construction of the Grand Beach Hotel, Miami Beach, FL, the renovation of the Hilton Garden Inn in Kenner, LA, and have managed the renovation and decoration of dozens of residential properties in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. I continue to work as a project manager assistant, but Home Organizing is my passion!
