I asked for help at 8pm at night. She called us and we talked about the organization and task. She told us the time and she showed up on time. She was very efficient, fast, and wa able to categorize and organize pantry, walk in closet, bathroom. She also helps shop if you want and specifies what needs to be bought. Highly recommend.

I honestly was very apprehensive to get this service because I had never used an organizer before and on top of that decided to make it my husband's birthday gift. Obviously there was a lot riding on this. But she surpassed my expectations. She categorized everything in both the home office and master bedroom closet, found a home for everything and also labeled everything. Mind blown! The amount of stuff we had was too overwhelming for me but she did it. I was so impressed with her work I'm thinking about bringing her back to help organize my kitchen once the kitchen remodel is complete. I couldn't be more happy but most importantly my hubby loved it and he's a tough sell.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer a free phone consulatation to see what your needs are. I do offer discounts based on hours purchased. The prices quoted for a packing and unpacking job is for two organizers.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The typical process for a new client is a free phone consultation including pictures or facetime so that I can see your space. Then we schedule a date to meet and get started on the project.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been a member of NAPO. I am also a member of Pro Organizer Studio.
