I had a really great trainer in Amanda! She constantly challenged me and kept each workout a nice challenge and fun! If any exercise needed to be modified, she was quick to adapt and come up with a modified way! Sad to have moved away as I miss coming to Afterburn! You become part of a family here.

We provide 1 hour sessions as well as half hour sessions based on the clients assessment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide everyone with 1 week of free personal training in order to achieve a complete consultation, fitness assessment and workout in order to create the clients program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nationally accredited certifications, CPR/AED/First Aid
