With a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from Florida Atlantic University, over 400 hours of volunteering at Mind and Mobility, a physical therapy outpatient clinic, 400 hours at Impact Sports Performance, an NFL and MLB gym, and 3 years experience working as a Personal Trainer, I provide clients a unique personal training experience that incorporates scientific knowledge and experience at an affordable price.
The experience itself is invaluable. Though there has been a large surge in the number of people interested in fitness, most of those same people are still misinformed. I take it upon myself as a professional and an individual to educate each and every single one of my clients in all aspects of fitness, general health and exercise and nutrition. Any trainer can put a client through a "good" workout. However, a client who understands the basis behind such workouts will better be able to stay on the path to their fitness goals. I strongly believe in building good rapport with clients. Such a client-trainer relationship has enabled me to design and implement goals and strategies to help my clients accomplish their desired fitness goals as well as transition from achieving those goals to maintaining.
My training programs specifically tailors a workout regimen that incorporates weight lifting with a nutrition program that requires a caloric deficit. I've found in my years of work, that clients find success losing weight, gaining muscles and toning their bodies following a combination of utilizing a strength program and a nutrtion program that's compatable to them; this is also known as dietary adherence.
I love exercise, and I love people. Personal training provides me with the platform to utilize exercise to help people achieve their fitness goals.
When someone tells you that "This is the best money they've ever spent", you just can't help but love what you do for a living.
