By far the best trainer I've ever worked with. Great knowledge of both the physiological and sport/athletic side of training. Also very in tune with goal specific work. Couldn't have been happier with the results.

I trained with Sha for 6 months last year prior to moving to a different city. I can't say enough good things about him. He motivated me constantly and is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of exercise and nutrition. I lost over 30 lbs, but more importantly I transformed myself from a couch potato to a lean, mean fighting machine under Sha's guidance. My body fat went from 28% to 12%. I doubled my bench press weight. My waist went from a 38" to a 34". I can now run 5 miles fairly easily whereas before I could barely run 1 mile. He is also, by the way, a super guy - very professional, diligent, courteous, motivational, and fun. He genuinely took an interest in getting me healthy. Do yourself a favor and give him a shot.

Sha is a great trainer to me. He knows a lot about the body and muscles and knows exactly which exercises you need to do to get there. He has become more than just a trainer to me, but a good friend. He is very pleasant to be around. Great guy.
