I have worked with Klara for almost two years now. She is an amazing coach - she listens to you, pushes you and is always there to check in throughout the week and offer any advice regarding your health and fitness journey. As someone with PCOS, Ive lost almost 30lbs using custom workout plans that she has created for me. Two years ago, I couldnt do a walking lunge.
