Introduction: I empower my students with proper motivation and education to assist them to achieve their goals. I provide the latest training and exercise techniques and customize it to fit each student's fitness level and goals. I utilize the TRX, resistance bands, and body weight to design effective, fun, and challenging workouts tailored to your specific needs. I have a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology as well as a master's degree in acupuncture and oriental medicine. I am currently a certified NASM PES (performance enhancement specialist). I am a practicing yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist. I specialize in two groups of fitness. Sports performance enhancement for young and old athletes. I am offering to increase flexibility, speed, agility, as well as teach techniques for injury prevention. I apply these to tennis, basketball, golf, football, etc. I also offer fat loss for my average population just looking for health and wellness, focusing on meal planning, natural supplementation and a body weight-oriented workout plan, that can literally be taken with you. I started training with Khair back in Oct. 2013. I was seeking a trainer after losing 30 lbs (7 months) down from 210 lbs (Size 18 to Size 12) on healthy eating alone. I was worried about returning to a gym...because although I was once athletic, I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without losing my breath. Then came Khair and in 3 months I've lost another 15 lbs (Size 8). I'm now able to wear small sizes again! I feel great, healthy, toned and stronger! Khair is positive, knowledgable and attentive to one's body mechanics to ensure injuries are of no worry. He provides diet guidance too! His knowledge on body mechanics is huge for me because I have a problematic left knee and shoulder and yet I felt safe and constantly challenged. I trust him so much we have him working now with our disabled son who just had a major back surgery and our 16 yr old son loves his workouts and is gaining the strength to walk with greater improvements! He's a life changer! And now I'm working towards goals to improve my athletic level. So from couch potato to a fitness fanatic...he can help you at ANY stage! I'm able to run a mile in 8 mins, my core is stonger, and im participating in boot camps with no hesitations. The hardest part wasn't saying yes to Khair because he's worth it!! The hardest part was actually saying yes to me. I highly recommend Khair!

I am a lucky client of Khair's. He has been training me for almost a year. Because it's his vast knowledge in nutrition, exercise physiology, and reflexology, I am stronger, thinner and generally more fit. He has been my muse and I am so grateful to him! Our workouts are always varied and they are definitely increasing in difficulty each and every time we meet.Khair has a kind heart, a responsible attitude, and a nurturing personality. At age seventy I am able to do things I couldn't do at 50! I bless the day I found him and he has made my life richer. Best trainer in South Florida! Workouts are unique, challenging, and he makes it fun. What sets him apart from other trainers is that he has an eagle's eye when it comes to proper form and he will correct your movement even if it's just a hair off the mark. This is critical if you want to maximize your training and not get injured. He has been training close to 20 years and has a couple of college/post grad degrees. He was also a college athlete himself. He knows what he's doing!
