I have a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology as well as a master's degree in acupuncture and oriental medicine. I am currently a certified NASM PES (performance enhancement specialist). I am a practicing yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist.
I specialize in two groups of fitness. Sports performance enhancement for young and old athletes. I am offering to increase flexibility, speed, agility, as well as teach techniques for injury prevention. I apply these to tennis, basketball, golf, football, etc.
I also offer fat loss for my average population just looking for health and wellness, focusing on meal planning, natural supplementation and a body weight-oriented workout plan, that can literally be taken with you.
I believe the body is a machine, one just needs to learn how to use it. That's where I come in. I have been a fitness professional for over 20 yrs.
