I come to you for personal training or i can meet you at Planet Fitness in Fort Lauderdale & bring you as my guest for free or i can train you online by a video call. I train you in cardio & strength training. Weights,medicine ball,punching bag,core strength,cardio kickboxing & full body workouts. My passion is changing lives with personal training. I care about my clients and want to see them get results fast & reach your goals. We can do workout session at your home, workplace or we can meet at Planet Fitness. I travel up to 5 miles from my location to you. I bring everything we need to workout. I've been a Personal Trainer for 22 years, I got certified at NYSC in Connecticut. Fitness is my WORLD ! I am also a martial artist and all around fitness enthusiast. I have trained over 200 clients in my career as a personal trainer. I create custom workout programs to meet your wants and needs for any age, whether you're young or old i have workouts to fit any one at any fitness level. I'm available for you 7 Days a week 11 am to 11 pm 365 days a year . I am open every day because fitness never takes a day off.
