Outside the fact that I’ve been personal training for almost a decade, I take full focus on my clients’ needs. No two people are alike so customizing workouts to suit each person individually is my number one priority. I have experience in rehab work as well as advanced sports training and fitness competition coaching so my knowledge base is vast. Creating a program to fit each client’s goals while educating them in order for them to keep moving forward even after our time together has concluded is an utmost necessity. I’m working with Ariel, who is excellent at what she does. She truly cares about my health. She goes beyond the 1 hr training and answers any questions I may have regarding nutrition, sore muscles, etc. She is very encouraging and easy to talk to. She is also demanding so I’m drained after my workouts :) I highly recommend Ariel!

Working with Justin as my personal trainer was one of the best decisions i could make. We accomplished the goals I set and more. Always supportive and encouraging, Justin went above and beyond always answeing all questions and coming up with multiple ways of doing things. I would definitely work with Justin again and would highly. rrecommend him to anyone who is looking for a highly. motivated, ever encouraging dedicated personal trainer.

LOVE working with Ariel! I train with her twice a week and every time I meet with her, she makes me feel like she's personally invested in me. She's very knowledgeable, punctual, result oriented, listens to any physical concerns/limitations you may have and factors that into the program she designs for you. I highly recommend Ariel and plan to train with her for years to come!

I am so happy I contacted AJ Fitness. Ariel is training my daughter and myself. She has a fitness plan for each of our sessions, and she pushes me to give it my all. I would highly recommend Ariel, she is very knowledgable about fitness and diet. My daughter and I are wanting different results and Ariel customizes each of our workouts to meet our needs.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    A lot of clients don't know much about their own diets. There's a difference between healthy eating and weight loss. The main thing we focus on is diet plans and guides to help people reach their goals.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Ask questions, as many questions as you can come up with. The more you ask, the better your results.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I wish people knew that a lot of trainers are uneducated on technique and the science behind exercise. There is a lot more than just adding weight to a bar or running for hours. There is a lot of science behind training such as, EPOC effect, max oxygen consumption, proper reps for different muscle fiber recruitment, and insulin levels for weight loss just to name a few.
