LOVE working with Ariel! I train with her twice a week and every time I meet with her, she makes me feel like she's personally invested in me. She's very knowledgeable, punctual, result oriented, listens to any physical concerns/limitations you may have and factors that into the program she designs for you. I highly recommend Ariel and plan to train with her for years to come!

Hiring Justin was the best decision I could have made. Not only is he incredibly friendly and knowledgable, he is also extremely punctual and flexible with helping you meet your needs. He caters to your specific requests and makes every workout challenging yet different so you don't get bored with the same routine. It's only been a few weeks but I'm already starting to see some progress and I'm confident he will get me where I want to be. As if that wasn't enough, he also offers continual support throughout the day/week as needed. If you're looking for someone who is invested in your success, Justin is the guy to choose.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    A lot of clients don't know much about their own diets. There's a difference between healthy eating and weight loss. The main thing we focus on is diet plans and guides to help people reach their goals.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Ask questions, as many questions as you can come up with. The more you ask, the better your results.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I wish people knew that a lot of trainers are uneducated on technique and the science behind exercise. There is a lot more than just adding weight to a bar or running for hours. There is a lot of science behind training such as, EPOC effect, max oxygen consumption, proper reps for different muscle fiber recruitment, and insulin levels for weight loss just to name a few.
