My training philosophy combines evidence-based exercise science, sports medicine principles, and a lifetime of athletic experience to help clients get stronger, prevent injuries, and build a body that performs well for life. Research consistently shows that combining strength training, endurance training, mobility, and balance work provides the greatest long-term health benefits and longevity. Because of my background in sports medicine and clinical training, I approach fitness the same way healthcare professionals approach movement: identifying weak links correcting movement patterns strengthening stabilizing muscles improving joint mobility
