He is a real piano teacher and starts by teaching from the beginning including learning you notes and counts. Went through many teachers till I found him. He was the only one that really teaches.

I am a professional musician who, until taking piano lessons with Scott Bennett, was self taught with a completely improper technique that I'd spent a lifetime developing. In a relatively short time, he's helped me to eliminate a lot of bad piano habits. I am now much better at reading music, and my playing has improved tremendously. I've tried taking lessons before at various stages in my career, but until now have never had a teacher that inspired me to continue the process for more than a couple of weeks.I've been taking lessons from Scott Bennett for nearly two years
